Angling is an interesting word. Is it not? An interesting sport has also proven itself a dangerous one, impairing the use, er rather by eliminating my fingers entirely. I know this seems odd, but the lures are shiny and pretty, and have contrastingly sharp hooks attached. I'm a slave to my visceral thoughts, which may indeed not be so natural. Curse me! Curse these nubs! No longer fingers, they are nubbers! No longer digits, they are Nubits! It's okay though, I've a scheduled appointment with the doctor tomorrow. Hopefully he'll prescribe some cranberry sauce for ointment and suggest surgically replacing baby octopus tentacles for my fingers.
